A UK technology group,
held for the long term.
Axia Limited is the private parent company of six specialist technology businesses. We exist so that good operators can do their work over horizons that public markets and venture capital rarely support — measured in decades, not quarters.
How the group is organised.
Axia Limited is a UK private limited company. It wholly owns each of the six operating subsidiaries. Each subsidiary has its own management, profit-and-loss and client base; the parent provides capital, governance and shared infrastructure.

How we operate.
Every Axia company is run as a real business — clients, margins, accountability. We do not build for valuation events; we build for the next decade of trading.
Subsidiaries draw on the same network, hosting and service-desk capabilities. Each company keeps its brand and management; the group keeps the standards.
Privately held, with ownership concentrated among people who run the businesses. We compound from operating cash flow rather than external pressure.
Many client relationships are measured in decades. The group exists in part to make sure those relationships outlast any individual project or product.
For investors, shareholders and counterparties.
